We were extremely excited to be invited down to both Arsenal and Chelsea’s academies to play matches against some of the best young talent in the country! Then we hand-selected some superstars from our teams to represent Pro Elite, and they certainly did a fantastic job.
We Played Arsenal FC Academy!
We recently went to Hale End, which is the home of Arsenal’s U21s and Academy. As soon as we were presented with the opportunity, we couldn’t wait! When we told our coaches, they all jumped at the opportunity to coach against Arsenal. Coach H, J, Marfs and Akin took 10 superstars with them and it was a day to remember!
Arturo, Harry A, Noah B, Eli, Risard, Taylor, Umut, Josiah, Nathan and Jacob B were selected to represent Pro Elite and they certainly did not disappoint. These select players have worked extremely hard during training and matches and showed our coaches that they deserve this chance to showcase their abilities.
From the minute they arrived at Hale End, they represented Pro Elite amazingly, each superstar was very polite and respectful. The whole day was fantastic, we played 6 matches and in each, we competed and the boys showed their abilities against some of the best academy players in the country. Every match was competitive and it meant each player could show their quality on the pitch. After the games, all the coaches were extremely proud of the boys and how they conducted themselves over the day.
We Scored 9 Goals Against Chelsea!
On Monday night we played 4 matches against different Chelsea Academy teams! Coach J and Marfs took some of our U7 superstars to this fantastic opportunity and they did Pro Elite proud! Once we had the opportunity we were not going to let it up. During our training sessions, we have been working hard to ensure our superstars are ready for opportunities like this.
Isaac B, Kaiden D, Karmello, Hasan A, Dylan M, Jacob Kalu and Jacob Kalyan was the team that our coaches took to represent us. Each one of these boys have shown their quality in our internal league to deserve this amazing opportunity.
Each and every one of the boys we took to Chelsea were fantastic! They were a credit to Pro Elite in how they acted and how they played that evening. Coach J and I went home over the moon with how we played. An unbelievable evening for everyone involved!

These opportunities are ones we cherish at Pro Elite. We are so lucky to be able to give our superstars the chance to compete against top talent from academies across the country. Above all, we cannot wait for the next one!
