  • MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO, PT.5

If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the last nine years of building Pro Elite Football Academy, it’s the importance of being comfortable with change.

Here’s how our evolution has shaped us:

✅ 2016 – We launched with a class-based model (18 months – 3 years progressing to Foundation Phase).

✅ 2018 – Introduced a grassroots programme and competed in local leagues because we thought that’s what we wanted.

✅ 2020 – Withdrew 18 grassroots teams and created our own internal league.

✅ 2022 – Built a hybrid model: Internal league + grassroots teams.

✅ 2024 – Scrapped it all and returned to our 2016 model: classes only.

Sounds crazy? Maybe.

But over time, we felt we were moving further away from our core purpose.

That’s why, early last year, we made a decision—to go back to what aligns best with who we are as an Academy.

💡 Inspiring the love of the game.

If it doesn’t fit that mission, we aren’t involved.
