To Our Pro Elite Family,

This week has been one of transformation, with Tom stepping into his new role in the office and Coach Can beginning his journey as a Coach Developer alongside his coaching responsibilities.

With these changes, I’ve taken time to reflect and want to highlight the incredible team behind the scenes.

We are truly fortunate to have such a dedicated group of individuals. The greatest compliment I can give to our team is that they genuinely care. They are eager to learn, committed to growth, and their character ensures that our young players are nurtured and developed every single week.

This week, Coach Yunus and Coach Zain have stepped up to become Lead Coaches, joining an already exceptional group of leaders who inspire not only the children they coach but also the assistant coaches learning from them.

We have also welcomed Coach Cem into our Leadership group of Franchisees, working alongside Coach Anton, Freddy, Glodi, Jerrell, Yel, Ibs, Tan, and Jey. Together with Coach H, we continuously collaborate to innovate and bring new ideas to life across all of our locations.

Additionally, Coach Marfs and Coach Tee have taken on new responsibilities to further support and develop our coaching team across the Academy.

These individuals embody everything Pro Elite stands for.

Every day, they show up with the goal of giving their all to our young players. They create an environment where children feel safe to make mistakes, learn, build friendships, and fall in love with the game.

And to top it off, Kristina captures all of these beautiful moments for our social channels. I’m sure you agree, the content that has been captured lately truly embodies what we do.

For that, I am deeply grateful.

Our coaches do this not for recognition, but because shaping the next generation of footballers is part of who they are. This weekend, they will once again step onto the pitch and create an environment for your child to grow and thrive.

And for that, I am proud.
