On the weekend, you will start with 1 venue (4 classes) on a Saturday and the same on a Sunday, following our class format; from 9am until 12:30pm.
Our office handles all of the admin, so your responsibility will be on improving the quality of your coaches and aiming to grow your number of venues as so that you can focus on observing and growing.
Once you manage to have one venue that is successful, we focus on replicating.
Our HQ handles all of the bookings, marketing and back-end so that you can focus on what you do best: growing your academy.
Utilising our Head of Coaching, the syllabus and sessions will be planned for you and we will help you train and recruit your coaches, whilst helping you find new venues.
The more children that attend your programmes, the more profit you make and in turn, the more successful the overall organisation becomes. We pride ourselves on setting our franchisees up for success, with a first-class onboarding and initial training programme and intense support over the first 3 months.
Within that 3 months, you will learn everything needed to learn about being successful so that you are ready to launch.
There are two main types of fees associated with franchising. The initial franchise fee covers the setup costs of your business including, all the equipment needed to start! You’ll be charged a monthly ‘service management fee’ for the ongoing support you’ll receive to help make your business a success. The monthly fees are charged as a percentage instead of a fixed fee, meaning that we grow together and that you will only need to pay fees that you can afford.
Typically, you will see a ROI within the first 3 months of launching.
Each venue can deliver sessions for up to 144 children, so the more venues that you run the better your returns.
Cost of sale is at around 40% all in, so Franchise owners can look to earn up to 6 figures return within the first 12 months.
