Structure
Years of experience has allowed us to finalise and create our age-banded groups, with a plan and first-class training to ensure coaches constantly keep the children engaged and developing.
With our age bands set: (18 months – 3 years, 3 to 5 years, 5 to 7 years & 7 – 11 years) and feeding into our elite teams, there is a constant influx of players being coached our way. As they grow, they progress into the next group with a foundation of Pro Elite coaching already within their DNA.
You would work alongside our head of coaching to establish the framework that will be delivered in your territory.

Each age-banded group follows our philosophy: stay on the ball. Coaching children to be comfortable on the ball from 18 months, all the way through.
Our Head of Coaching provides regular in-service days (classroom based training) to coaches from all franchisees, as-well as weekly session plans recorded in video form to ensure consistency is kept across the brand.
Our deep book of coaching plans, activities and sessions specific to each age group is shared, as-well as the coaching points behind the activities that make Pro Elite sessions what they are.
Alongside working with our Head of Coaching, Pro Elite’s Academy Director works with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club as a scout and Tottenham themselves put on CPD days regularly for all Pro Elite coaches to attend.
Coaching
The idea is for children to achieve their own version of success. Success comes in different forms for each individual. Success to us is scoring your first goal, completing your first session or even trying a session for the first time and having a smile on your face.
Success is also progressing from our Academy, into a professional Academy.
Your job is to provide the tools that allow children to achieve this success.

Our academy is scalable, profitable and extremely professional in how it operates.
Our in-house team can run all of your marketing and administrative needs for you, using our first in-class booking system and expertise within our head office.
From recruitment and digital marketing, to coach training and business operational support, you will be working alongside some of the best in the industry to ensure that your territory flourishes and reaps the rewards.
