To our Pro Elite Family,

This last week has been one for the memory books.

8 years ago when we started Pro Elite, if you had told me that we would be travelling to Manchester to play against Manchester United at “The Cliff”, the most famous training ground in the world, I would have laughed.

But that is exactly what we did.

We took 18 of our superstars, 6 of our coaches and all of the parents on a train up to Manchester on Sunday. To make it even better, our players put on a show.

But it doesn’t stop there.

7 of our superstars started indoors with us between the ages of 18 months – 3 years. This is unbelievable from a “pathway” perspective. It really shows that there is a pathway there for those who want it and it really gives our indoor toddler coaches something to be proud of.

Our superstar coaches sometimes dont realise how important the work that they do really is.

It isn’t always just about these Academy games. It is just as important that they recognise how much of an impact they make in children’s lives, through our football classes.

Improving confidence, showing care, love and challenging our superstars to improve every single week.

But these moments help. It shows that the work that they do in the 3 to 5 year old football classes can help to mould footballers and give them the platform to improve once they make the jump to our development centres and group sessions.

I’m proud every week, but I am “more” proud this week.

Lets see what the future holds for some of our superstars.
